Do we really know what is going on?

   We live in a dangerous world. The number of murders goes up every year, people are dying of cancer, more people get HIV, teen pregnancies are up, more teens are using drugs and the list goes on and on. You know this because you have heard all the statistics on the news and in the paper. But do you really have an accurate idea what they mean?

   The numbers are going up, but are they in proportion to the growth in population? Are more cases of these diseases being reported because of better testing techniques or are the diseases more prevalent? The fact is that without context pure statistics mean nothing. This growing trend of reporting only part of the whole information is getting more serious.
   The point of this article is that one should be aware of what is and is not being said. When a new fact or number is encountered, one should try to think about relevant information before forming an opinion with only partial truth. If we teenagers are to inherit the world, we had better be able to think critically, and form our own viewpoints, rather than be manipulated by other people.

Internet chat dating / advantages and disadvantages

         Nowadays surfing the Internet is already a trend for the majority of people in the world. It gives us a lot of opportunities and even people are getting more used to begin relationships by chatting “online”.
         When most people are dating, they are looking for a relationship that most defines their lifestyle. Dating should lead to a good first impression. In dating surroundings there should be a great conversational Atmosphere. In dating if all goes well it should lead to confidence that dating would be lasting and will bring to a closer relationship. But it is very hard to achieve by internet chat dating. But there are some bright sides too. Couples are feeling themselves less shy and more confident in what they have to say which helps a lot.
         In my opinion, internet chat dating is useless. You cannot express your feelings and emotions by texting. Internet chats could be for assigning a date but totally not for dating.

Internet chatrooms do not serve a useful purpose

        Online chat rooms have been around for a long while. They allow you to communicate with friends, family and strangers from all over the world. Before you decide to join a chat room, it is important to understand the different types and how to keep the chat safe.

        While chat rooms may be exciting cyber places to meet new people, there can also be a dangerous incident - to run into stalkers, pedophiles and others. In simple terms, be careful. You should also be careful about chat room websites that do not have rules. The "anything goes" philosophy is a dangerous one because it means anyone can do or say anything without being responsible for it. If you have children, check what chatting websites they use and the people they chat with.

        Chat room does not necessarily mean that it can not be a danger zone. Unfortunately, many sex offenders and pedophiles have fun in chat rooms and look for underaged children. There is no guarantee that any chat room website is completely safe and regardless of the rules.

Letter to our lovely principal :3

Dear Mr. Teplov,

I was forced by Ms. Siht to write a letter to you about all stress that students gain at school.

First of all, I would like to draw your attention on the time in which lessons begin. I think that 8 o’clock is very early for all of those young brains to work and increase their knowledge. Secondly, of course, the amount of homework. Do you really think pupils are doing absolutely everything they have to do at home? Well that’s an easy question and I bet you know the answer. I am just trying to say that all of our scholars need to do homework just for grades not for knowledge, so you should say to all teachers that from now on they should give to their pupils only very important homework and it should be interesting. If they will enjoy their homework, by doing it their brain will automatically remember what they did. Finally, just stop looking so angry, please. When students are walking pass or near you they feel so much stress.

I hope you will keep in mind what I said and our school will be a better place. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Story

It started like any other day… I woke up and did what I always do first. I went to the bathroom to tidy myself up. When I was going to grab my toothbrush I had noticed a red spot in the window. It was a big blood stain on the window of a house across the road. “What happened there?”- I wondered. A second after that thought I saw a silhouette of a man in that ‘red window’… He was packing something. I took my binoculars and had started my investigation. “That man… oh my god… He is putting some body parts in huge black plastic bags.”- I told to myself. I was very frightened by what I saw, but it made my investigation more interesting. I chose to get as close as I can. The man was all in green clothes and I remembered it. He started to leave that flat. He took his things with him. I grabbed my notebook with a pen and ran to stalk him. He had packed everything in his car and rode somewhere. I followed him on my car. He stopped near the sea to through away those bags with body parts. I started to write everything down and when I had lifted my head up I didn’t see him. Suddenly, I felt a mosquito bite. Unfortunately, it was that man… He made me an injection… While I was falling unconscious I saw his smiling face and he told me: “It is a big pleasure to meet you my next toy”.

Firstly, you should talk to your parents. Tell them about your strong feelings. Try to convince them that she is a perfect match for you so they will try everything to accept her. Secondly, tell them that you understand their opinion, show them in what there were mistaken and explain everything nicely. Make them feel like you are on their side. Thirdly, say that you want them to understand your opinion, so they will be more focused on what you said. Finally, introduce Gloria to your parents and give them the chance to get to know her.

Complaint Letter :3

Dear Jack,
This letter is to complain about service I recently received from a Apple customer service representative named Johnson.
I called Apple on second of July to find out how to deal with a problem I have had with iPad. After I had been on hold for several minutes, Johnson came on the line. I had to explain my problem to him several times because he did not seem to be listening and therefore asked me the same questions repeatedly. Johnson put me on hold for several minutes, and then returned to say he could not help me. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated.
I expected a much higher level of service from your company, and I am quite disappointed. Because I do not want to spend any more time on this problem, I am returning iPad immediately, and I expect a full refund. I will be informing my friends and family about this experience.

Death penalty is wrong. Is it?

   First of all, the slogan misses an important point. The death penalty does not punish people for killing, but for murder. Killing is justified when it is done in self-defense. Killing means to cause death. Murder, on the other hand, is defined as, "the unlawful and malicious or premeditated killing of one human being by another".
    If it is not morally okay to rape rapists, is it acceptable to execute murderers? The answer is simple. Raping the rapist will only cause someone else to degrade themselves by doing it. It will not prevent the rapist from raping again. Executing murderers prevents them from committing their crime again, and because of that protects innocent victims. The good, therefore, outweighs the bad, and the executioner is morally justified in taking the murderer's life. On the other hand, if the abolitionist argues that killing is always wrong, then he must also admit that killing in self-defense is unacceptable and should be punished. Few are willing to do so. The abolitionist may choose to argue that the state should never kill.

Secondly, some information about accommodation would be great. Where can I stay? Would it be tent, cabin, hotel, single or double room? Firdly, what clothes and equipment are suitable or needed? That is a big detail in packing my luggage. Finally, could you please write the date and price?

Why do I like travelling?

   Everyone likes travelling. What is so good about it? Why do I like travelling?

   Travelling is a great thing to find yourself, have fun or just to relax and get away from troubles. But the main nuances are how, where, for how long. People have different tastes. Some would travel to a historic place, some would visit a beautiful city and etc. Some would travel for a week or two weeks, some would have a month-long trip.
   I cannot understand people who do not like travelling. I think they just have not travelled for real. If they would have a nice trip, they would not dislike travelling.
   I like travelling because every trip I made was fantastic. I travelled to Turkey five times, to Egypt once, to Sweden twice, to France twice, to Russia many times and I think that is all. Trips to France, Turkey and Egypt were best. There I had the most amazing time in my life. And I cannot tell why because it is too private. And on my opinion two weeks are the best length of a trip.
  To sum everything up I would highly recommend travelling to every single person in the world because it is a very entertaining thing to do.

Should cloning be banned?

   Cloning is a huge word not only in science, but in every human life. There are many pluses as well as minuses of it and the question for today is - Should cloning be banned?
   Gardeners have a little secret. Take a cactus plant, pinch off a leaf, and put that leaf into a cup of water. Wait for few days, and eureka! You have a new cactus. This secret method of growing plants has been around for years. And guess what? It is called cloning. Even though this particular example is a harmless method of plants, I believe that human cloning will have a beneficial use for humans.
   Well, if I were a religious person I would tell that cloning is against the Will of God. But I am not religious, so I will say that religions that base their doctrines on scriptural text face the problem that nowhere in the Bible, the Qur'an, Talmud, or the Sutras does it say, "Humanity shall not splice DNA" or "Cloning is destiny of humanity". So I from the point of scientist cloning is a expensive and very valuable discovery. And many people agree with this point.
   To sum everything up I will say that I am not against cloning and I don’t think it should be banned. It’s our future and may be cloning will help us to save our species.

The importance of good memory

   Memory is an importants part of what shapes our life. Everything we know is part of our memory : all our experience which we had during whole life.
   Firstly, sometimes memory poses some problems - unpleasant memories can make us bitter, cold, angry, depressed, or scarred. We might get nightmares or  have regrets. Secondly, memories and histories come with negative aspects as well- sometimes people resent how their people have been treated in the past, and treat people unfairly or try to 'right' it by starting fights. This has led to wars and discrimination. But mamories are not always bad. Cute and plesant memories makes us feel happy and cheerful. For example, everytime I remember about my  adventures I feel good.
   Bad memory can make you get in awkward situations and if you do not remember many things it makes you less experienced, because memory equals experience.
   In my opinion, memory is a very useful thing. Without memory life would not exist. Well life could exist without memory, but it would be total chaos.
